Colour change systems

PLASTICOLOR colour change systems are used for the dosing of one or several components into the main material.
One or several units are in production, whereas the other units remain in stand-by-position and can be prepared for new colours.

  • No production waste or rejects by the change-over from one colour to another one in a matter of seconds
  • The proportioning screw and the extrusion screw are running synchronously
  • Upgrade of the systems to mixing stations possible
